I have been practicing occupational therapy and psychotherapy for over 20 years.  My work has taken me across Canada and to the USA.  I have worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, community health, disability management clinics, as a college professor, and currently in private practice.

I find great satisfaction in helping people regain a sense of control and purpose in their daily lives.  I offer  psychotherapy services via videoconference (Zoom) for clients residing in Ontario and British Columbia (Canada) and coaching services for clients all over the world.

People consult with me about a variety of reasons, however my main areas of focus include self esteem/self confidence, finding meaning/purpose, shame, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, sex/porn addiction, and relationships/dating.  I am trained in various therapeutic modalities, and provide an integrative approach using the tools that fit best with each person.

I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most important agent for change.  My approach is empathic, supportive and I believe in working collaboratively with clients to reach their goals in therapy.  I believe strongly in a client’s ability to create positive changes through their own strengths and resources. I am also bilingual in English and French and can assist you in either language.

I am thankful every day that I have the chance to serve others while doing a job that I am truly passionate about.  Every year, I continue to expand my knowledge base and clinical skills through various continuing education courses.  I also continue to teach various classes, seminars and educational retreats at home and abroad.  Make sure to subscribe to my mailing list for upcoming personal transformation and empowerment retreats.
